Peakscore ("we", "us") provides live tennis scores and match chat. Contact: peakscore.sports@gmail.com.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We never see your Google password. We also store the display name you choose, the chat messages you post, and any reports you submit. Our hosting and database providers process technical data such as IP address and browser type.
To let you sign in and chat, to keep chat safe (moderation, timeouts and bans), to run and secure the service, and to answer your messages. We send promotional emails only if you choose to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Messages you post are visible to other users in that match's chat room. Do not share personal information in chat.
We use automated filters and may use automated tools to review reported messages. Messages may be hidden and accounts may be timed out or banned for breaking our Terms.
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers to run Peakscore: Google (sign-in), Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting). They process data on our behalf.
We use your Google name and email only to sign you in and operate your account. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for anything unrelated to Peakscore. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for safety and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for promotional emails, by writing to CONTACT-EMAIL.
Peakscore chat is for users aged 18 and over.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
